Our Physiotherapists work from Monday to Friday and are very flexible with appointments. Currently there will not be any Clinic or Home Visits offered on Saturday or Sunday.

If the key Physiotherapist is not working on the day of allocated clinics or home visits, another Physiotherapist will cover if available. In cases where HM Rehab Basics is not able to offer a replacement Physiotherapist, client’s/carer/residential care/nursing home will be notified.

HM Rehab Basics understands that for various reasons client’s may not be available for treatment sessions as planned.

We would appreciate if the client/carer/staff at residential home/staff at nursing home could please inform HM Rehab Basics Physiotherapist or call HM Rehab Basics administration staff at 0800 779 7251 (during weekdays 9.30am to 4.00pm) or send us an email at info@hmrehabbasics.co.uk (24/7) to inform us about client’s availability for that particular session or sessions in advance.

For any Cancellation HM Rehab Basics requires 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the full treatment fee being charged for clinic session and treatment + travel charged for Home Visits.

Please arrive at the clinic 10 mins before the treatment session. For Hydrotherapy sessions please arrive atleast 15-20 mins before the pool session as client’s would need to be changed before entering the pool.

HM Rehab Basics would appreciate that client’s strictly maintain arrival timings to avoid any inconvenience or delay or even over lapping of any sessions.

HM Rehab Basics accepts referrals from GP’s, Case Managers, Solicitors, Private Therapists, NHS and Self Referrals.

HM Rehab Basics appreciates that every client is different and needs personalised treatment plan.

Hence the cost of Clinic session, Hydrotherapy session and Home Visits will be put into place once client had his/her initial Physiotherapy assessment which will be carried out by HM Rehab Basics Physiotherapist.

As each client will have his/her personalised treatment plan, the number of treatment sessions (Clinic/Hydrotherapy/Home Visits) will be agreed during the initial assessment.

Once HM Rehab Basics receives a referral, Physiotherapist will call client/carer/residential home/nursing home to book an appointment for initial assessment. HM Rehab Basics will offer an initial assessment within a week of the call made.

Clinic Sessions at our Clinic at 2 Liddington Way, Kingsthorpe, Northampton.

Home Visits at clients own home address.

Visits at Residential Home or Nursing Home.

Once a date and time for initial assessment is confirmed; client will be seen by a Physiotherapist. A Personalised and detailed treatment plan including number of clinic/home visit sessions and/or Hydrotherapy sessions will be agreed and signed for.

HM Rehab Basics will treat all age groups.

From our experience, we have seen improvement in clients many years after the onset of their condition.

Moreover, with self determination and help from our specialist team of Physiotherapists, HM Rehab Basics has helped clients regain their full potential and function long after they were informed that they have reached a point where further improvement is not anticipated.

At the time of initial assessment, Physiotherapist will discuss the plan of action including treatment methods.

As per the treatment plan home exercise’s will be prescripted to the client if need be. 

HM Rehab Basics accepts payments via Bank Transfer, Cheque, and over the Phone. Additionally, payments can be made using the card machine in the clinic during Clinic Sessions. Invoices will be posted or emailed to the agreed individual during the first week of each month, including details for Bank Transfers and Cheque Payments.
