Advanced Therapeutic Laser

Advanced Therapeutic Laser, often called Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) or “cold laser,” uses specific wavelengths of light to penetrate deep into soft tissues without generating heat. It is used to accelerate the body’s natural healing process by stimulating mitochondrial activity, which increases the production of cellular energy (ATP). This helps to:

Reduce Inflammation: It decreases swelling and biochemical markers of inflammation in joints and muscles.

Alleviate Pain: The laser can block pain signals transmitted by nerve cells and increase the release of endorphins.

Repair Tissue: It promotes collagen production and speeds up the recovery of damaged ligaments, tendons, and skin.

A therapist holds the laser directly against the skin or just above it over the injured area for several minutes, providing a non-invasive and painless treatment.
