FAQs
What are your opening timings?
Our Physiotherapists work from Monday to Friday and are very flexible with appointments. Currently there will not be any Clinic or Home Visits offered on Saturday or Sunday.
If the key Physiotherapist is not working on the day of allocated clinics or home visits, another Physiotherapist will cover if available. In cases where HM Rehab Basics is not able to offer a replacement Physiotherapist, client’s/carer/residential care/nursing home will be notified.

What happens during Initial Assessment?
Once a date and time for initial assessment is confirmed; client will be seen by a Physiotherapist. A Personalised and detailed treatment plan including number of clinic/home visit sessions and/or Hydrotherapy sessions will be agreed and signed for.
